Whether new build, building refurbishment, term services maintenance or facilities management our team of CDM Specialists are fully trained and experienced to deliver the health and safety solutions you require in an efficient and cost effective manner.

The Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 have placed significant additional duties on clients. Where a project involves more than one contractor, the client has a duty to appoint a Principal Designer and Principal Contractor.

Arcus have over 20 years' experience of discharging the duties under the CDM Regulations, firstly as Planning Supervisor under CDM 1994, followed by the CDM Coordinator role under CDM 2007. Under CDM 2015 we continue to support clients by providing services as both CDM Consultant and as Principal Designer.

Over the last few years Arcus have provided CDM services on a wide variety of projects from demolition and new builds, through to refurbishments and maintenance projects.

All of Arcus' CDM Consultants and Principal Designers are registered members of the Association for Project Safety. As qualified CDM specialists, we have the necessary skills, knowledge, experience and resources to assist clients and other designers to effectively discharge the duties under the new regulations.
