In 2017 Arcus prepared a feasibility study for the Client to consider the feasibility and costs associated with demolishing the existing greenhouse structure and reducing its existing footprint to its original size as it was when it was originally constructed in the Victorian Era. The Client requested the glasshouse was to be a bespoke structure manufactured to incorporate its original Victorian style.

The works were sub-divided into 2 sections: Building Works (rebuilding of the brickwork wall to support the new structure, relaying the existing internal flooring and electrical works) and Glasshouse Works (the bespoke glasshouse being manufactured, delivered and installed). Separate specialist contractors were appointed to each section to ensure the expertise required to deliver a high quality finished project.

The project was delivered 2 weeks early and within the budget for the works.
