Project Vista includes the refurbishment of three high rise residential buildings for Bedford Pilgrims Housing Association Limited. We worked closely with the Principal Contractor, United Living, a nationwide construction company that specialises in the refurbishment of high-rise buildings, as well as new-build and retrofit residential projects.
The project included the design of external wall insulation and rainscreen re-cladding, roof, window and door replacements, internal redecoration of communal areas, and improvements to the hard and soft landscaping for each building.
Working on the project we digitised the client’s assets by producing a BIM model for each building. We commissioned digital surveys of each building and developed our proposals using Revit software to create a 3-D models, uploaded to Aconex where the entire design team, including the client and contractor could view, comment and navigate the models in 3-D.
