Our service includes providing clients with technical support for Facilities Management and the monitoring of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Contracts. Our reporting and management procedures ensure that clients receive a quality and value-for-money service that is compliant with current regulations and health and safety legislation.
Projects are individually tailored at conception and closely managed all the way through to handover. We have initiated and managed a variety of projects such as lift refurbishments, intelligent lighting schemes, addressable fire alarm systems, IT and boiler plant room refits and large scale periodic electrical testing programmes.
We work closely with our sustainability teams providing full energy assessments across all our key sectors. This integrated approach at the planning stage of projects allows clients to understand the costs of higher specification and energy certification to ensure that the best options are fully considered.
