An introduction —
Andrew enrolled at what was then Leicester Polytechnic on their part time Building Surveying course in September of 1976 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1981. During this period Andrew was employed by “The British Shoe Corporation” assisting with the management and improvement of retail properties across the north of England and Scotland.
