Arcus Consulting were appointed by Wokingham Housing Limited to act as their employer’s agents in respect of the provision of 10 no. semi-detached affordable plots at Southlake Crescent, in Reading, a site formerly occupied by Age Concern. The project comprises of affordable plots made of 4 units for Shared Ownership with the remaining 6 units for affordable rent.

The completed development delivers on Wokingham Borough Council’s mandate to provide high quality housing to meet the high demand for affordable rent and shared ownership housing in Woodley. Following project completion the client scored Arcus 10 out of 10 scored across 12 KPIs.
