Arcus Consulting was appointed by Metropolitan Housing to act as EA and QS on the affordable element totalling 51 units of a Joint Venture scheme at Wilford Lane, Nottingham.  The project was a Joint Venture between Galliford Try and Metropolitan Housing to provide residential units for sale, shared ownership and affordable rent, with 171 units in total.

Due to the project scale and mixed property types, the build programme required careful management and collaborative working to keep the project on track. There were several complications and challenges that arose throughout the scheme but through our Employer’s Agent diligent efforts and close working with the Clerk of Works, the final project was handed over ahead of schedule and with the units finished to a high standard.
