We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team in our Manchester office.

The successful candidate will be an (or working towards) MRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor with an accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline. They will have at least 2 years’ experience the role involving quantity surveying / design/ contract procedures. Skills and Qualifications:

• Relevant degree qualification and MRICS qualified essential
• Constantly portray a professional image to colleagues, clients and other stakeholders in person and in all communications
• Experience of CDM
• Good understanding of Construction Contracts; JCT, NEC, PPC
• Experience of working in the Housing, Public, Health and Education sectors are an advantage
• Previous experience of supervising staff
• Good organisational skills and ability to work within project time constraints
• Excellent communication skills to be able to deal effectively with staff, the client team, contractor.
