We were delighted to join The Guinness Partnership and Caddick Construction yesterday to mark the start of construction at Kiwi Street in Salford. The event was also attended by Councillor Paul Dennett, the City Mayor of Salford, and Councillor Tracy Kelly, the Deputy City Mayor of Salford.
Kiwi Street is due to complete in early 2024 and will provide 63 much needed social rented homes – 47 one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom apartments. All the homes will be energy-efficient to make sure they are as affordable as possible to live in.
Arcus are providing multiple services on the scheme, acting as Architect, Employer’s Agent and Principal Designer.
