Arcus Consulting is proud to announce the practical completion of the façade remediation project on student halls at the University of Essex’s Southend Campus.
This milestone marks the successful delivery of a complex scheme involving the removal of combustible materials, façade redesign, and landscape improvements.
Employed by principal contractor United Infrastructure, Arcus was appointed as Architect for RIBA stages 04–06 and later our scope was extended to include Landscape Architecture. We also delivered a comprehensive BIM model with asset data and installation reports for all panels and fire barriers, ensuring full compliance and transparency throughout the project.
All works were completed and signed off in October 2025.
