As part of our continual efforts to promote the health and wellbeing of our team, all Arcus senior managers have now completed i–act accredited training approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
The course is aimed at supporting managers to improve workplace wellbeing and support employees who may experience a mental health or wellbeing issue in the workplace.
