Arcus is thrilled to announce that the Oakwood Lodge scheme located in Wythenshawe, has been shortlisted for ‘Best Healthy Homes Development’ at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2025.
Arcus provided Architectural and Principal Designer (BSA) services on the scheme of 20 low carbon homes for social rent and shared ownership. Arcus collaborated closely with Wythenshawe Housing Group and John Southworth Builders Ltd, who were Contractors on this scheme and providers of the drone video.
The winners of the Inside Housing Development Awards 2025 will be announced at a gala event in London on the 25th November 2025.
