We are delighted to share the news that we have further enhanced our leadership team with the promotion of Tim Norbury as a Partner of the practice in Manchester.
Commenting on Tim’s promotion, Managing Partner Clive Sellers said: “Tim is an excellent addition to our leadership team. Since beginning his career at Arcus, Tim has developed and consolidated his experience across the healthcare, education, and housing sectors for both private and public sector clients. His expertise covers various aspects of Building Surveying, including project management, retrofit services, condition surveys, defect analysis, contract administration, design and specifications. Tim attained chartered status of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2015 and was promoted to an Associate Partner at Arcus in 2021.
