At last, we can reveal this exciting project for One Manchester!
Arcus are thrilled to announce the opening of One Manchester’s newly refurbished head office at Lovell House, where Arcus served as the Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer.
The ground and first floors have been transformed into a homely, bright, and airy space, complete with state-of-the-art audio-visual conferencing rooms that can accommodate teams of various sizes. Additionally, a spacious forum room that can host up to 60 people is available for larger meetings.
This refurbishment was done in collaboration with the rebranding of One Manchester, creating an interesting and vibrant space for the team to thrive. We are proud to have been a part of this project and can’t wait to see the One Manchester team flourish in their new working environment.
