Arcus Partner Julie Reynolds and Arcus Lead Designer Kevin Taylorson attended the “topping out” ceremony of Cherry Tree Court with the Guinness Partnership and Caddick Construction for their scheme at Kiwi Street.
The development will provide 63 much needed social rented homes – 47 one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom apartments. All the homes are energy-efficient to make sure they are as affordable as possible to live in.
Arcus are providing multiple services on the scheme, acting as Architect, Employer’s Agent and Principal Designer.
