The Partners are delighted to recognise Suzanne Belfield’s and Peter Gavin’s input and commitment to the practice through their promotion to Associate Partners.

Suzanne is recognised by the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architect (RIBA). Suzanne joined the practice in February 2021 and successfully leads the architecture team in Arcus Manchester office, continuing to grow and diversify it. She has extensive experience across a range of sectors, including residential, care and leisure, with a passion for sustainable design in both new build and refurbishment projects.
Peter is a member of the Chartered Institute of Technologists (CIAT). Having joined the practice in November 2021, in Arcus Newcastle office, Peter has been instrumental in assisting the practice to prepare for the new Building Safety Act, introduced to improve building safety during the design, construction and completion of all buildings. He has particular interest in high rise developments and complex housing projects, both new build and retrofit. Peter’s drive to promote the quality and consistency of our technical output using the latest software ensures we fulfil our commitment to the golden thread with robust quality standards aligned to ISO 19650 and BIM level 2.
