As part of our 2021 staff training programme, all technical members of staff have now completed their Asbestos Awareness online course. The course aims to teach staff how to recognise different types of asbestos, understand control measures, learn how to identify the associated risks and to handle emergency procedures if they come in to contact with it.
It’s estimated that between 500,000 and 2 million commercial premises and around 2.5 million domestic dwellings still contain asbestos in the UK, by providing effective training, we can help keep those on building sites safe.
