Arcus are proud to announce that 2020 marks our 50th year.
The business began its life in 1970, based in a small office in Chorlton, Greater Manchester when founder, Christopher Hogben, had a vision to provide building consultancy support for emerging Housing Associations in the North West. The company is now a national service provider with offices in Manchester, London, Liverpool, Newcastle, Rugby and Wakefield.
This is such a proud moment for our business, and it provides the opportunity to reflect on our history and how much the business has changed during that time. From our small beginnings, we have managed to grow and survive some turbulent times in the construction sector, and we are proud to still be serving some of the clients we worked with back in the 1970’s. Our continued success is a real testament to the hard work of many people. This anniversary gives us the chance to look forward to the future and use the lessons learnt to ensure we are best placed to make the most of the many opportunities that lie ahead.
