Exciting News! Arcus is thrilled to announce our involvement in the expansion and renovation of the Sunderland Bangladeshi International Centre.
We’re taking on several roles, including Architect, Employers Agent, Quantity Surveyor, Principal Designer CDM, and Design Coordinator for M&E and structural engineering packages. With planning permission secured and contractor, Arcus FM, successfully procured, we’re getting ready to start construction this April.
Additionally, we’ve played a crucial role in rebranding the center, working closely with Graphic Design Services to give the centre a fresh new look. Stay tuned for more updates on this transformational project!
