We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team in our Manchester office.
The successful candidate will be a (or working towards) MRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor with an accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline. They will have at least 2 years’ experience in the role involving quantity surveying, design and contract procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor to build and develop their skills as part of a busy and experienced team. If you match the specification below, we’d love to hear from you.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant degree qualification and MRICS qualified essential.
- Constantly portray a professional image to colleagues, clients and other stakeholders in person and in all communications.
- Experience of CDM.
- Good understanding of Construction Contracts; JCT, NEC, PPC.
- Experience of working in the Housing, Public, Health and Education sectors are an advantage.
- Previous experience of supervising staff.
- Good organisational skills and ability to work within project time constraints.
- Excellent communication skills to be able to deal effectively with staff, the client team, contractor.
