Arcus Consulting is pleased to announce that, as of 2 February 2026, the business has been acquired by Baily Garner LLP, marking an important milestone for both organisations.
The acquisition supports Baily Garner LLP’s growth strategy by strengthening its ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and expanding its services in the North of England. Through the addition of Arcus Consulting, Baily Garner’s geographic footprint across the UK is enhanced, enabling it to extend the reach of its high-quality, multidisciplinary services and provide career opportunities nationwide.
Arcus was selected as a strategic partner due to a strong alignment of values. The business has a proven track record of client-focused delivery, alongside a commitment to supporting and developing people across the built environment—principles that closely align with Baily Garner’s culture and long-term vision.
Clive Sellers, Managing Partner at Arcus Consulting LLP, added:
“Arcus has developed a culture centred on high standards of client care while also prioritising the wellbeing and professional development of its people, making it an excellent fit for Baily Garner. This acquisition will provide enhanced infrastructure, technology, and development opportunities for the Arcus team, supporting our shared growth ambitions and positioning us strongly for an evolving market.”
Bradley Webster, Managing Partner at Baily Garner LLP, commented:
“Baily Garner and Arcus share a joint vision to deliver excellence through client-focused solutions, and this acquisition significantly strengthens our ability to achieve it. Arcus has built a strong reputation for client-focused delivery and for supporting and developing its people, and we are delighted to welcome the team into Baily Garner. By combining Arcus’s expertise with our wider capabilities and resources, we are better positioned to support clients as their needs evolve.”
As part of the acquisition, Arcus Consulting will become part of Baily Garner LLP. Existing client relationships, contracts, and points of contact at both organisations will remain unchanged.
