Arcus is pleased to announce the completion of 2 x 6-storey residential properties, Hanover House and Winnipeg House, where we provided Architectural, Lead Designer and Principal Designer Building Regulations services, for this non-High Rise Building façade remediation project in Southwark, London.
The project involved removal of existing timber cladding and balustrades along with any combustible insulation to be replaced with materials to provide the minimum façade rating. The project was completed under budget and ahead of programme. Arcus submitted a planning application for each block which was granted along with Tender and Construction information to facilitate Building Regulations approval.
The project was completed in conjunction with Barratt Developments and McConnell.
