Cycle-to-work Scheme

Arcus has been able to boost their credentials as an environmentally conscious business with the launch of the government-backed “Cycle-to-Work”, which has been rolled out across all offices.

Measures implemented include providing cycle parking facilities and enabling staff to buy tax-free bicycles under a salary-sacrifice scheme.

Andrew Greenwood, partner responsible for human resources comments, “As responsible employers, we are committed to the health and well-being of our staff. Promoting cycling to work is just one way in which we have been able to help. The response from our staff has been incredibly positive.”

As well as keeping Arcus staff healthy, the initiative is also contributing to reducing our carbon footprint.
